The hotel is beautifully new/renovated inside

But there is ABSOLUTELY no heating in the rooms, no underfloor heating or anything else. The floor was very cold and the room. There was no "a/c" or anything so we froze all night. It was colder inside than outside

Great hotel, nice beds and spacious room. The staff is very friendly and the breakfast is good!

As with many German hotels, there is carpet on the floor here. A stain here and there that probably won't come out, always looks a bit dirty. There were some molds on the sealant edges in the shower.

Van der Falk standard. Everything is good so far, breakfast is great here - you are spoiled with smoothies and the staff in Moers is particularly friendly and particularly interested in the guest's well-being. I come here regularly and am satisfied

The shower fittings require a lot of skill if you expect a consistent temperature. The rooms are all a bit worn out. But nothing that would be really bad.
